ENTER-L Discussion List focuses on enterprise development in developed and developing countries, with special attention to micro and small enterprises. Topics for discussion include: definitions, the enabling environment, finance, supporting systems, training and training of trainers, education and enterprise development, technology, markets, the informal sector, the enterpreneur, networking, privatization, employment creation, urbanization, enterprise development programming and planning, gender and enterprise development

How to subscribe

1. Address e-mail to: enter-l-request@lists.w3internet.com
2. Leave SUBJECT blank
3. In the Message: subscribe
4. If you want to subscribe under another email address other than the one that you are sending the subscribe message from, you must place that email address in the message body as follows:
   subscribe email@prefered.host
5. If you use a "signature block" at the end of your mail, either put a line starting with a hyphen ("-") before your signature, or put a line with just the word "end" on it in the same place.
   
6. Then SEND the message
   

How to unsubscribe

1. Address e-mail to: enter-l-request@lists.w3internet.com
2. Leave SUBJECT blank
3. In the Message: unsubscribe [password]
   or
   unsubscribe [password] email@what.you.registered.as
   
4. If you use a "signature block" at the end of your mail, either put a line starting with a hyphen ("-") before your signature, or put a line with just the word "end" on it in the same place.
   
5. Then SEND the message

How to send a message to ENTER-L

1. Address e-mail to: ENTER-L@enterweb.org
2. If you want to reply to a message and send that reply to the List, hit the reply button and write your message
3. If you want to reply ONLY to the originator of the ENTER-L message, DO NOT hit the reply button as otherwise your reply will go to everyone on the List. Open a new message and cutpaste the address of the originator you want to reply to
